ОСНОВНІ АСПЕКТИ СИНТЕТИЧНОЇ ТЕОРІЇ МІГРАЦІЇ

Abstract
Міграція, міграційні процеси, імміграція та імміграційні процеси є комплексними, варіативними та багатоаспектними, відповідно феноменами та процесами. З аналізу теорій міграції можна зрозуміти, що чітка концептуалізація імміграції є ключем до її інструменталізації, використання політичними акторами (державою, перш за все) у власних цілях. Тенденції та механізми формування імміграційних потоків, а саме такого елементу економічного зростання, як висококваліфікована робоча сила, можуть дати корисну інформацію, необхідну для ефективної інструменталізації імміграційної політики політичними акторами. Тому важливим є розуміння теоретичних основ міграції ,зокрема – синтетичної теорії. The multidimensionality of human mobility, coupled with the dynamics of transformations in the modern world, forces states to constantly review immigration policies. Migration and immigration by themselves, as social phenomena, of course, are not problems of interethnic interaction. Migration and immigration are phenomena of a different order, other determinants, and other epistemological interconnections. However, we emphasize that it is migration as a phenomenon and migration processes as such are important factors for the emergence, cumulation, and diffusion of interethnic interactions. The purpose of our study is to analyze the synthetic theory of migration. Based on the goal, we formulated the following objectives of the article: - conceptualize the concept of migration and state migration policy; - To analyze the synthetic theory of migration based on the research of a group of scientists led by D. Massey. By the theoretical and methodological basis of our work, we take the synthesized concept of most of the modern migration theories. The foundations of this synthetic concept were developed by an international group of scholars led by an American D. Massey, in our work they are deepened and improved. It should be remembered that the original concept of the study was developed by the International Union for Scientific Research of the Population, namely the South-North Committee for Migration in 1991. The long-term work of scientists representing the whole theoretical groups (depending on the region: North America, Western Europe, Persian Gulf, Asia-Pacific and South America), was the result of the theoretical and methodological synthesis of the theory of migration. Immigration flows in the world are the subject of increased attention not only to the governments of recipient states, but, moreover, their citizens. Political actors permanently monitor public opinion for the purpose of clarifying the mood of society, assessing the consequences of migration processes, proposals for the potential solution of interethnic interactions that may arise. The synthetic theory of migration is another attempt to conceptualize and theorize the phenomenon of migration.
