ОСНОВЫ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ПРОФОРИЕНТАЦИОННОЙ РАБОТЫ ШКОЛЬНОГО ПСИХОЛОГА

Abstract

The first serious life problem faced by students is the choice of the future profession, the problem of professional self-determination. The question "Who to become?" Every school graduate asks himself. It is important that the student, without the necessary experience, should make the right choice, appropriate to his interests, abilities, capabilities and requirements of the profession to the personality of the candidate..In this direction, a major role is assigned to the school psychologist. Psychological support for vocational guidance of students, regardless of the desire of a psychologist, becomes an integral part of his work, as the students' readiness for professional self-determination occurs during emotional, social and mental formation of the personality during all schooling. Before we proceed to the systematic organization of vocational guidance work at the school, we conducted a survey. As a result, most students did not have a clear idea of what kind of profession they want to acquire in the future: 63% are ninth-graders, 40% are tenth-form students, 55% are eleven-graders. The statistics show that in most cases all schoolchildren under test are not sure of their further plans: 58% - ninth-graders, 71% - tenth-graders, 61% - eleven-graders. The importance of conducting career guidance work was noted by 84% of parents when conducting a survey.
