Особенности клинического течения и факторы риска развития синдрома Лайелла у детей в Кыргызской Республике

Abstract
В статье представлены результаты обследования детей с клиническим диагнозом синдром Лайелла по обращаемости в стационар, что позволило получить сведения о наличии аллергологической составляемой при запуске острой аллергической крапивницы и в данном, конкретном случае его грозного осложнения - синдрома Лайелла. А также установлена связь с началом заболевания - преморбидного фона: генетической, родственной зависимостью и предрасполагающих факторов в развитии заболевания. Установлена связь в клиническом течении заболевания с ЛОР-патологией и анемией у детей с синдромом Лайелла. Более чем в половине случаев у детей младшего возраста развивается на фоне инфекций верхних дыхательных путей.
