Особенности микробиоценоза десневых тканей и местного иммунитета у больных с хроническим и обострившимся течением генерализованного катарального гингивита

Abstract
У статті представлені результати порівняльного вивчення особливостей мікробіоценозу ясенних тканин та місцевого імунітету у 42 хворих з хронічним та загостреним перебігом генералізованого катарального гінгівіту. Виявлено, що у хворих із загостреним перебігом генералізованого катарального гінгівіту більш суттєві відмінності у показниках місцевого гуморального імунітету порівняно з групою пацієнтів з хронічним проявом захворювання, які харак¬теризувалися великим зниженням рівнів sIgA і IgM та, меншою мірою, підвищенням IgG. Встановлено, що умовно - патогенна стрептококова мікрофлора посідає провідне місце в етіології хронічного генералізованого катарального гінгівіту, а у формуванні загострень запальних явищ в ясенній тканині домінуюча роль нале¬жить стафілококам та грибам роду Кандіда.
