Abstract
O.V. Makushok, V.F. Nevlad, L.A. Pankratova. Peculiarities of business planning at functioning of agricultural service cooperative societies: practical aspect. In the article they determined the role and significance of business planning at functioning of agricultural service cooperative societies. Practical experience of business planning was presented with the help of the example of project that was integrated in Cherkassy region «Establishing of regional educational and practical center of the development of multifunctional cooperative societies», that was financed by European Union in terms of the EU grant program «Support of the Policy of Regional Development in Ukraine». They examined the benefits that will small commodity producers get as members of agricultural service cooperative societies under the terms of introduction of the following business project. Prospectives and directions of further project development were studied. The modern state of the development of agricultural service cooperative societies in Ukraine was analyzed. They investigated and determined the main reasons, which control the development of service cooperative societies among agricultural commodity producers. It was proved that realization of grant projects of international technical support will assist the development of active cooperative movement in a village. The investigation is grounded on the general European methodic according to making business plans and is calculated with the business calculator. As a result of offered business project the establishment and effective functioning agricultural service cooperative society is foreseen that will assist enlarging the amount and improving competitiveness of enterprises of the cooperative sector. The business project allows taking into account the owners’ of cooperative society demands on service and possibilities of cooperative society to fulfill these demands. They studied and calculated material and technical supply of the offered cooperative society, as well as financial means of its realization. The main expectations from the project are also examined. Prospectives of cooperative society functioning were set for owners of private country enterprises.
