Особливості оформлення ділових листів в німецькій та українській мовах

Abstract
<p>У статті порівнюється структура ділового листа в німецькій та українській мовах. Діловий лист в Німеччині визначається Німецьким промисловим стандартом (DIN 5008, 676) і має більше зон реквізитів, ніж в Україні. Відрізняються варіанти написання та місце розташування дати, основний текст німецького листа поділяється на три частини, українського – на дві частини, підпис у німецькому листі ставиться над ім’ям та прізвищем автора, а в українському - навпроти ім’я на прізвища автора. В Україні не вказується тема листа перед звертанням. Розглянуті основні види ділових листів та типові для них кліше та сталі вирази. Граматичний аналіз показав, що в ділових листах домінує теперішній час, частіше вживається активний, ніж пасивний стан, досить часто зустрічається інфінітивна конструкція з zu та наказовий спосіб, досить рідко - підрядні речення, головним чином підрядні додаткові, означальні та умовні.</p>
