ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПАТОМОРФОЛОГІЧНИХ ЗМІН ТОВСТОЇ КИШКИ ПРИ МЕХАНІЧНІЙ ТРАВМІ

Abstract
У статті наведені дані про характер, механізм, частоту заподіяння та давність виникнення ушкоджень товстої кишки при різноманітних видах механічної травми з метою розробки засобів для покращення діагностики та лікування такого виду травми. Виявлено, що морфологічні особливості ушкоджень товстої кишки дозволяють вирішити питання про те, чи відбувся цей розрив безпосередньо у момент травми,чи він є наслідком некробіотичних змін в області крововиливів, що акумулювалась. Отримані результати свідчать про наявність закономірної динаміки змін гістологічних показників у загиблих, які померли внаслідок заподіяних травм, та можливість розробки комплексу критеріїв для оцінки встановлення давності виникнення ушкоджень порожнистих органів черевної порожнини, зокрема товстої кишки.
