ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПРАЦІ ЖІНОК НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ ВУГІЛЬНОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ

Abstract
У статті досліджуються проблеми правового регулювання праці жінок на вугільних підприємствах, а саме: ретельному правовому аналізу піддається питання гендерної рівності в частині допуску жінок до виконання підземних робіт та відповідність правових положень Кодексу законів про працю України до положень Конвенцій Міжнародної організації праці з питань застосування праці жінок при виконанні підземних робіт. Обрана тема розкривається шляхом аналізу історичного досвіду, міжнародно-правових актів та чинного національного законодавства. Також на основі зроблених висновків даються пропозиції щодо вдосконалення чинного трудового законодавства. Ключові слова: вугільна промисловість, особливості праці жінок
