The study attempts to clarify grammatical issues; and to analyze them including any readings and rules that may be familiar or strange to grammarians, especially these issues and their analysis that highlight the impact of grammar in showing the quranic meaning in a variety of ways.The importance of this study springs from two aspects. The first concerns with the fact that it represents an applied model for understanding the qurâanic test through the general grammatical rules. The second does with the fact that it deals with the book about the Grammatical Phenomena in Al Waseet Exegesis of the Holy Qurâan where grammar constitutes the main device in the analysis of the quranic test.The study aims at showing grammar issues in a book about the story in the Holy Qurâan in the modern era in order to analyze them and show any quranic readings or grammatical opinions in it .The study adopts the descriptive approach based on the analysis and classification of Imam Tantawiâs grammatical views according to grammar divisions. Then these views may be analyzed and shown according to the opinions of grammarians involved in commenting and manifesting the Holy Qurâan who may help in revraling his viewpoint regarding the Qurâanic readings and grammatical prevalence to be explained.The study has found out Imamâs approach in his book represented in explained reading and interpretation of the Qurâanâs verses in an attempt to simplify meaning. The study concludes that Imamâs approach tends mostly to be common in relation to common views of Basrahâs grammarians to pay more attention on the views of sibawayh and his educator al â Khalil. The study draws the attention to Imam Tantawiâs approved points of view in grammar and their consistency with the fixed grammatical rules on the one hand and his uniqueness in the grammatical term on the other.Â
