Nuclear pore complex and stem cell homeostasis
As a channel for mediating exchange between the nucleus and cytoplasm, the nuclear pore com‐ plex (NPC) is a macromolecular complex composed of about 30 nucleoporins. In addition to mediating nucleocy‐ toplasmic transpor...
Progress of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry-based single-cell proteomics
Proteins are the main functional executor of cellular function. Due to the fact that proteins could not be amplified in vitro, the development of single-cell proteomics technology lags behind single-cell genomics and tra...
Advances on TGF-β/Smad signal pathway in hepatic fibrosis
The transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) signaling pathway plays a vital role in regulating cell processes. As far as the liver is concerned, the TGF-β signaling pathway runs through liver diseases, from the initial live...
Research progress on intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis and genetic related diseases
Recently, the genetic factors related to intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis (ICAS) have become the focus. Many clinical studies show that ICAS have different distribution in age,sex and race, which suggests that gene...
Advancements in understanding the regulatory mechanism of B-cell immune activation associated with adenotonsillar hypertrophy
B cells play a crucial role in recognizing external antigens through their surface B cell receptor (BCR), essential for generating protective antibodies and immune memory. Regulation of B cell immune activation is closel...
