Охорона особливо цінних земель: досвід зарубіжних країн

Abstract
Проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід класифікації та охорони особливо цінних земель. Установлено, що у США, Німеччині, Греції, країнах пострадянського простору та інших охорона особливо цінних земель ґрунтується на концепції високої природної цінності сільськогосподарських і лісогосподарських земель. В Україні доцільно використати досвід держав ЄС та США у сферах ведення обліку, картографування і формування їхніх реєстрів. Варто також запозичити підходи до методів управління цими землями, розроблення та впровадження оптимізаційних заходів щодо їх екологобезпечного використання
