وي‍ژگي¬هاي نانوساختار لايه سطحي در برخي از باكتري¬هاي بيماري¬زا

Abstract
زمینه و هدف: لایه سطحی (Surface Layer) قسمتی از انولوپ سلولی است که در باکتری¬ها و آرشی¬ها دیده می¬شود. لایه سطحی یک ساختار تک لایه-ای است که از زیرواحدهای پروتئینی یا گلیکوپروتئینی به¬وجود آمده است. لایه سطحی خارجی¬ترین ساختارسلولی است که در تبادل و واکنش با محیط پیرامون باکتری می¬باشد. عملکردهای این ساختار در گونه¬های مختلف باکتریایی از تنوع زیادی برخوردار می¬باشد. مواد و روش¬كار: مقالات مرتبط با لايه سطحي از مقالات Pubmed،Elsevier Science وYahoo از سال 1995 تا 2010 استخراج گرديد. براي اين كار كلمات كليدي لايه سطحي، بيماري¬زايي و باكتري¬هاي پاتوژن، واژه¬هايي بودند كه جستجو شدند. یافته¬ها: در مورد لايه سطحي در تمامي مقالات پژوهشي و مروري مشابه انجام گرفته، اتفاق نظر وجود دارد كه وجود اين ساختار سطحي در باكتري¬ها منجر به افزايش بيماري¬زايي در آن¬ها مي¬گردد. نتيجه¬گيري: لايه سطحي در باكتري¬هاي پاتوژن با حفاظت باکتری دربرابر حملات باکتریوفاژی و فاگوسیتوزی، مقاومت باکتری در برابر pH اسیدی، چسبندگی، پایداری غشاء پلاسمایی، جایگاه¬های اتصالی برای اگزوپروتئین¬ها منجر به افزايش بيماري¬زايي، پايداري عفونت و مقاومت آنتي¬بيوتيكي در ميزبان مي¬گردد. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان¬دهنده شيوع قابل ملاحظه لايه سطحي در باكتري¬هاي پاتوژن بوده است و اين امر بيانگر اهميت شناسايي باكتري¬هاي مولد اين ساختار در آزمايشگاه¬ها مي¬باشد. ]م ت ع پ ز، 12(4):10-3 [ کلیدواژه¬ها: لایه سطحی، بیماری¬زایی، باکتری¬های پاتوژن
