PARLIAMENT OF AZERBAIJANI DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC AND FRACTIONS CREATED BY POLITICAL PARTIES IN THE FIRST PARLIAMENT OF AZERBAIJAN

Abstract
The article considers the creation of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic as a legitimate continuation of the traditions of statehood, which began in the most ancient history of the Azerbaijani people, as well as the creation of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic in the form of a parliamentary republic as the main result of the third stage of the national liberation movement. It is noted that here the principle of separation of power was applied, as it was in all democratic states. Particularly emphasized is the interference in the internal affairs of the republic of various Russian law enforcement agencies. The attitude of the Parliament of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic to the national minorities, to whom quotas were allocated in the Parliament, is positively assessed. The same article highlights the events and factions of political parties held by the Parliament of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.
