PASSIVE ACCESS TO ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION

Abstract
The theoretical and legal study of passive access to environmental information is carried out. Based on the scientific views on the concepts and types of access to information. The legal basis for access to information is analyzed and the forms of access to environmental information, stipulated in Art. 251 of the Law of Ukraine “On Environmental Protection”, in terms of normative consolidation and practical implementation.
