PATRIMONIAL CLASS IN THE PERSUASIONS OF WIDE SCREEN NONLINEAR SOCIAL CHANGES OF SOCIAL-POLITICAL RELATIONS

Abstract
Patrimonial class is not numerous group in modern society, that influences on all social processes. The phenomenon of the patrinomialism is found on the origin of power from archaic ideas about property. Existence of class is related with the fast enriching of representatives of elite due from the receipt of the so-called rent from their own positions.
