Abstract
Outstanding politician, one of the founders of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic Fatali Khan Khoysky lived short. but an interesting life. Having passed the way from work in the court chamber in Tiflis to the Prime Minister, he became one of the founders of the ADR and until the last days of the existence of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic played a key role in the life of the Azerbaijani state. The article is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.
