PAULINE KERGOMARD AS THE FOUNDER OF KINDERGARTENS AND PUBLIC PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION IN FRANCE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the birth of Pauline Kergomard – the founder of kindergartens and public pre-school education in France. This is a theoretical work that refers to the life of the French pedagogue in a tabular presentation of the main elements of her biography, a publication activity and a link where her creativity is kept, educational philosophy and pedagogical concepts. The interpretation refers to kindergarten teachers and students on "History of Pedagogy" and "Preschool Pedagogy". Studding her educational concepts will help to the students to get aware and develop with basic and preschool educational matters.
