Peculiarities of creating and developing the educational system of school

Abstract
The article revealed the importance and urgency of school educational system creating and developing; the different views of scientists on the potential and features of usage the educational system at the current stage of education development. The aim of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of school educational system creation and developing. The essence of such notions as “system”, “system approach”, “educational system”, “peculiar features of the educational system” have been revealed; the common features of the educational system and other social systems have been distinguished (purposefulness, integrity, structuring, dynamism, interaction with the environment and with other systems). The article stresses the importance of psychological, educational and social factors that determine the specificity and originality of the creation of the school educational system and its operation. The educational system of school is interpreted as a complex of interrelated and mutually determined main components (the goals for which the system is created; the pupils as the subjects of this activity; the environment they familiarized them selves with; relationships that occur between the participants of the activity; management, self-government) that ensures development, and self-realization of personality during the process of its functioning. The potential and features of the use of the educational school system to ensure optimal development of the educational establishment are considered. The importance of the system approach in education is proved. It is concluded that the phenomenon of the school educational system is complex and multivariate, and the establishment of each educational institution’s peculiar educational system is one of the most important and urgent tasks at the current stage of the development of education. The research materials can be used in the process of school educational system creating. The perspective directions of research of this problem include, in particular, the study of domestic and foreign experience, modern theoretical and methodological approaches to the design and modeling of the educational system of the school.
