PECULIARITIES OF FORMING THE KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS COOMUNICATION OF FUTURE MANAGERS OF THE TOURIST ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The professional activity of tourism’s manager is lied requirements of the world market and is based on the aggregate of different kinds of activities that take place and completed each other. Tourist activity suggests the existence of special knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for implementation of all functions of the professional. The main content of the professional activities of the tourism’s manager is an interaction with people. The leading branches of using of professional knowledge of tourism’s manager are: tourist agencies and tour operator’s companies, hotel’s and restaurant business; advertisement agencies and companies; representations of foreign companies in Ukraine (international tourism); educational establishments: schools, colleges, institutes (organization of the health and rest). The manager, who works in the sphere of tourism, may realize of purpose and tasks his professional activities, to be able to accept viable decisions. From his competence lies not only the success of the separate enterprise, but also the formation of a general national politics of state. The specialists of tourism industry must know to form of the tourism product: to explore of the tourist route; to provide excursion routes and objects of the archetype of the city; to feel the connection with the foreign and native tourist objects; to promote and realize a tourism product (a reclamation, participation in the special exhibitions, fairs, the organization of tourism informational centers, publication of catalogues, booklets. In the sphere of professional communication the communicative abilities are determined as the ability take of the effective participation in the communication, determined of purpose and tasks of professional communication; have of high level of the professional-communicative competence, which makes it possible to eliminate the true decision in the process of discussion the problems; in principle questions asking for a return to the end; to be able feel of personality of the partner, his mood and character; conduct of a conversation, talks, discussion; to use communicative strategies and tactics; listen and put of questions; to serve of etiquette means for achievement of communicative purpose; to adhere to the norms of Ukrainian literary language.
