Abstract
Studies of legal regulation of relations in the sphere of information of personal data arising in connection with the processing (collection, storage, use, distribution) and the protection of personal data is necessary to establish an adequate legal mechanism in national legal practices that contribute to the effective implementation of the provisions Constitution of Ukraine.
