PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
Problem setting. At the time of the economical development of Ukraine, the problem of the legal regulation of the professional life is the actual and important importance of practical knowledge, the prototype of unintelligible reasons for the problem is one of the problems of employment with labor law. Article’s main body. On the basis of analysis of foreign acts on labor legislation to identify the peculiarities of legal provision of professional development of employees. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Foreign experience has developed 3 concepts of professional training – training specialized, multidisciplinary and focused on a certain person. In foreign countries, the quality of training of employees is a key criterion for the effectiveness of vocational training. The development of standards and the establishment of quality assurance measures for the latter involves taking into account the interests of both employers and students, educational institutions and the state.
