PECULIARITIES OF ORGANIZATIONAL-ECONOMIC RELATIONS IN COOPERATIVE ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article defines the legal content of organizational-economic relations in co- operative organizations, the features of these relations and the main actors organiza- tional and economic powers. The necessity of approval at the state level of the model provisions, which define the General rules of the organization and use of property of funds of the cooperative organizations; proposed changes to the current legislation of Ukraine aimed at ensuring the stable operation of cooperative organizations.
