PECULIARITIES OF REMUNERATION OF CIVIL SERVANTS UNDER THE NEW LAW OF UKRAINE "ON CIVIL SERVICE"

Abstract
In the article features of civil service pay under the new Law of Ukraine «On civil service». It was concluded that with the introduction of the Law of Ukraine goes to the European model of remuneration of civil servants. The new provisions are designed to ensure transparency of remuneration of civil servants, implementing the principle of equal pay for equal work, eliminating discrimination and interdepart- mental territorial principles, subjective approach managers.
