PECULIARITIES OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL TRANSLATION

Abstract
The article has been devoted to the investigation the peculiarities of texts of scientific and technical style and analysis of the grammatical and lexical features of scientific and technical texts. The paper contains some examples of difficulties concerning the translation of scientific and technical materials. The article outlines the main requirements which should be met by the translator while translating texts of a given style.
