PECULIARITIES OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBREGIONAL CENTRES OF THE COUNTRY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE KAMIANETS-PODILSKYI TOWN)

Abstract
The purpose of publishing – the definition of regional peculiarities socio-economic development of the town of Kamianets-Podilskyi – the biggest subregional centre of Podillia. The analysis of the regional indicators of socio-economic development of this town was performed. The article defines the principal displays of its influence on the socio-economic development of the adjoining territory. Revealed that peculiarities regional socio-economic development of the town of Kamianets-Podilskyi, first of all, there is increased development of externally economic activity, retail and small private business. The town also has a significant impact on the socio-economic development of the adjoining territory which is quite attractive for investments and characterized by development reurbanization processes.
