Peculiarities of the interaction between the bodies of the state executive service and the customs of the State fiscal service during the transfer of property confiscated by court decision and disposing of it

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of the legislative regulation of the interaction between the bodies of the state executive service and the customs of the State fiscal service during the transfer of property confiscated by the decision of the courts and dispose of it. The author focuses on the problematic issues of the activities of these bodies and notes the need to create a unified information system that would facilitate the implementation of the functions assigned to them.
