PECULIARITIES OF THE MONITORING CARRIED OUT BY THE MAIN BODIES OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE

Abstract
In the article author examines activities of the main bodies of the Council of Europe in the sphere of the monitoring the fulfillment of commitments by member States. Particular attention is paid to a thematic monitoring of the Committee of Ministers. In a comparative aspect author investigates types of the monitoring procedures of the Parliamentary Assembly and the Committee of Ministers.
