PECULIARITIES OF THE PRINCIPLE OF PARTNERSHIP AS A PART OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In our time, the full functioning of business structures is impossible without the effective management of its staff. The human resource and its importance today come to the fore in the functioning of various business organizations. Social responsibility as part of the socio-economic development of the enterprise is designed to provide answers to emerging issues in the relationships of all market participants. The high level of the managerial level provides for social partnership, as recognition of various social interests of certain social groups and granting them the right to participate in the formation and decision-making. The article discusses the issue of "social partnership" and "social responsibility", as the requirements of the modern world for doing business and the result of a general humanization of society. The article also explores the historical development of this phenomenon. And also the necessity of social partnership as part of the organizational culture of the enterprise is proved.
