Pedagogical Conditions for Socialization of Junior Pupils in Relations with Peers.

Abstract
The article touches upon the issue of involving children in social experience. The author writes that it is important for society. Issues of socialization of junior pupils were engaged both by domestic and foreign researchers. However, insufficient attention is paid to the complex study of the process of socialization of junior pupils in relations with peers. There is a need for certain pedagogical conditions for the socialization of junior pupils in relations with peers. In our study, a complex of pedagogical conditions is a set of activities of the educational process in the system of work of a comprehensive school, which should ensure the achievement of a high level of socialization of the personality of a junior schoolboy. This is the involvement of a junior student in various activities; development and substantiation of the author's program of socialization of the junior pupil; diagnostic provision of the socialization process. We identified the indicators and criteria for the socialization of the personality of the junior pupil. Thus, the criteria are the idea of the integrity of the picture of the world, the acquisition of knowledge and skills of social relations for functioning in society, the formation of value representations, the ability to make a moral choice, the ability to determine the motive behavior, the presence of a relatively integrated "I-concepts", creative approach to activities, skills distribution and organization of activities. Effective socialization of junior pupils in relationships with peers will be facilitated by a set of pedagogical conditions determined by us. The process of socialization is gradual: from the level to the level personality traits are formed; the experience of social relationships is accumulated. The results of the process of socialization is the formation of children's social qualities, a certain level of self-awareness, self-determination, self-affirmation.
