PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMATION PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF BASES OF TECHNOLOGIES OF FOOD PRODUCTION IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract

In article the essence of concept “pedagogical conditions”. Despite the results of the study we have iden- tified and theoretically justified that the formation of professional competence of future engineers-teachers of the sphere of food production in the process of professional training will provide the following pedagogical conditions: a systematic positive motivation for mastering the future profession; the design of the content of disciplines cycle of professional training; the use of innovative technologies in the process of formation of professional competence of future specialists; mastering practical experience for future professional activities. A reasonable selection is necessary and, in our opinion, sufficient conditions is the next stage of optimization of the process of professional training of future teachers on the basics of technology of production on the for- mation of their professional competence.
