Pedagogical Conditions of the Formation of Future Philology Teachers’ Readiness for Interpersonal Interaction by Means of Communicative Technologies.

Abstract
The article considers and analyzes the pedagogical conditions that allow to organize effectively the preparation of future philology teachers for interpersonal interaction by means of communicative technologies. The author proves that the pedagogical conditions in the context of this research are an interconnected set of special means, methods, forms of future philology teachers’ training that ensure high effectiveness of the process of forming the future philology teachers’ readiness for interpersonal interaction. The realization of the totality of organizational, methodological and psychological pedagogical conditions helps to increase the efficiency of the process of preparing future philology teachers for interpersonal interaction. The analysis of interpersonal interaction in the professional training of philology teachers is carried out. It plays both a methodological and a technological role in this process.The interpersonal interaction in the process of professional training of a philologist can be considered as the mutual influence of participants in the educational process of a higher educational establishment, which may be random or planned, private or public, long or short-term, verbal or non-verbal. It is noted that the result of interpersonal interaction should be mutual in behaviour, activities, attitudes of participants in the educational process and in the professional training of future teachers of philological specialities by means of communicative technologies.
