ПЕРЕДУМОВИ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПОНЯТТЯ «МУНІЦИПАЛЬНЕ ЗАКОНОДАВСТВО УКРАЇНИ» В КОНТЕКСТІ ЙОГО СИСТЕМАТИЗАЦІЇ

Abstract
The article substantiates that it is not expedient to formulate the universal definition “municipal legislation of Ukraine” before the corresponding normative definition of “legislation” or “municipal law of Ukraine” will appear, but to define it every time for the needs of a particular study. It is proved that while analyzing the state and prospects of systematization of the municipal legislation of Ukraine, it should be proposed, based on the content that will be inserted into this concept. This content is the list of types of legal acts, which in the system will be the municipal law of Ukraine.
