PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT WORK IN ENTERPRISES 

Abstract

The aim of the article is to investigate the process of performance management of the enterprise. Achieving this goal has caused the need to address the following research objectives: to determine the nature, structure and organize the modern conception of productivity; summarize international and domestic experience in the development of management theory productivity as a component of enterprise management system, to analyze the mechanism for managing productivity at the enterprise level; identify priority factors that determine the level of productivity in manufacturing plants; analyze the state of planning increased productivity. The article deals with the theoretical and methodological aspects of the concept of "productivity" also defined factors and potential for raising productivity. These factors increase productivity, which are divided into two main groups: external and internal. External are beyond control of the individual enterprise , and internal controls are in the area of individual enterprise and divided into "hard" and "soft". The mechanism of performance management was viewed that is being studied in the functional and semantic aspects. This article highlights the main requirements for effective management of labor productivity. The obtained results in the construction of staff motivation have significant practical importance.
