PERSPECTIVES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC-RELIGIOUS RELATIONS IN UKRAINE AND THEIR ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL ADJUSTMENT

Abstract
The state of the religious situation in Ukraine is rather complicated. The main problems are: confrontation between religious organizations, generated by the division of spheres of influence between them; politicization of the religious environment; the spread of activity of sects, the lack of proper administrative and legal regulation, etc. In order to improve the legal regulation, the perspective directions of development of state-religious relations are analyzed in the article and the mechanisms of the administrative-legal regulation of the studied relations are investigated. Summing up the above, we consider that the administrative and legal mechanism of regulation of freedom of religion in Ukraine consists of such elements as: the rules of law, legal relations, acts of the implementation of the rules of law. The article defines administrative-legal regulation of the religious sphere.
