An important point in the system of higher education in Ukraine regarding the development of physical education of students is to stimulate and increase the interest and motivation of students to study physical culture during higher education. One of the meth-ods of activating the motor activity of students is to study all their skills in motor work, as well as to explain the influence of physical culture on vital functions of the body.
