Abstract
The problem of the Ukrainian fiscal system reformation is studied in the article. In a modern conditions, when the global processes additionally modify not only the internal situation in each country, but completely change the model of the relation between state and society, new approaches to government regulation of the economy processes are needed. In the article on the base of analysis of macroeconomic and social situation in Ukraine and, also, considering the influence of globalization process, was offered detail list of the causes of the system crisis in Ukraine with the ways how to solve them. In addition, it was emphasized that in the measure of term, the reform are strongly needed in the nearest time because of a height rapidity of destructive trends in economy and society. In conclusion was stated that to respond to the challenges of modern circumstances the government institute need integrated strategic approach to the regulation of the economy.
