PFG-1S BRANDED MODIFIER SYNTHESIS
Journal Title: International scientific journal Science and Innovation - Year 2025, Vol 4, Issue 2
Abstract
This article studies the optimal conditions for the synthesis of the PFG-1S branded modifier based on P-pheneliendiamine, formalin and glycine. In this case, initially the elemental sulfur was heated to a temperature of 140-145 °C, and the synthesis was added to it from the compound and mixed at a temperature of 160 °C for 45 minutes. The structure and properties of this derived PFG-1s branded modifier were studied using the physical chemical properties of modified bitumen IQ-spectroscopy, TG-DTA, SEM analyzes as well as Avogadro, Hyper Chem 8.01, and Asselrys MS Modeling 3.0.1 applications to determine the reactionary properties of the modifier molecule using quantum chemical computation.
