PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBAL CHALLENGES OF NOWADAYS

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of modern affairs in the field of reforming of educational system in Ukraine in the context of global challenges of informative society. Comparative analysis of Ukrainian and foreign educational practices aimed at implementation of the latest technologies is done in this article. Particular attention is accented on the weak points of development of information technologies and educational computer infrastructure. Special attention is paid to formation of common educational space, development of competitive environment on the market of educational services and design of the standardized programs of educational disciplines.
