PHYSIOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL QUALITIES

Abstract
Exercise creates mechanisms for the body to adapt to physical loads. Regular exercise increases the body's functional capacity. This can be explained by the effect of exercise on individual physiological parameters, i.e., the body's adaptation to physical loads, as a result of comparing changes in the physiological performance of trained and non-exercised people at rest, under the influence of standard and maximum physical loads.
