Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of labour rights of youth employees and guarantees of its implementation in Ukraine nowadays. Proposals are presented for improving the normative interpretation of the concept of «youth». Legal means of promoting employment of young workers in Ukraine are determined. Were studied the peculiarities of the legislation of provision of young people to the first workplace, internship. Have been defined the ways of improving labour legislation in order to increase the competitiveness of youth on the labour market in Ukraine
