PLACE AND ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IN ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL SUPPORT REALIZATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS FUNCTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to determining the place and role of international human rights organizations in the administrative and legal framework for the implementation of the human rights function in Ukraine. International human rights organizations are classified into interstate (intergovernmental) organizations and international non-governmental organizations. The essence and features of the activities of interstate (intergovernmental) organizations and international non-governmental organizations in the field of protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and citizen are revealed. The directions of the activities of the United Nations, the Council of Europe, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe aimed at the formation of international standards for the protection of human rights. The importance of the cooperation of international non-governmental organizations with public authorities for the improvement of activities in the field of protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and citizen is indicated. It was stated that taking into account the positions of international organizations in the field of human rights protection is a prerequisite for increasing the efficiency of public authorities in the human rights field and creating a proper administrative and legal framework for the implementation of the human rights function in Ukraine.
