Побудова змагальних композицій групових вправ у художній гімнастиці

Abstract
In order to design competitive compositions revealing sports and technical fitness and artistic image of female gymnasts, the coaches should make use of the indices of spatial and temporal structural elements: rational arrangement of elements relative gymnast(s) displacement diagonally, circle-wise, rond de jambe; footage covered by gymnast while performing the exercise; optimization of the velocity of preparation for performance of elements and their direct execution in the competitive composition; frequency of performed elements and pauses between them. It has been established that the realization of structural elements contributes to complete revealing of gymnast artistic image.
