Abstract

Reforming the economy and attracting foreign investors is important for Ukraine in the next 3-5 years. Features of formation of Ukraine in the last 25 years indicate that we as a state Ukraine failed to reform the economy and remained one of the post-socialist republics of the former USSR, has not reached the pace of economic development that it had in 1990. Having a serious economic potential of Ukraine failed to increase it, but instead all efforts during the Independence destined to the economy under the guise of reforming the economy. The responsibility of the authorities in this process absolutely, because under the guise of reforming the economy formed arrangements for the sale and assignment of businesses due to their bankruptcy, withdrawal of funds abroad by corrupt schemes do not create favorable conditions for entrepreneurship (business), but rather permanently deterred foreign investors. Unfortunately, this situation has not changed after the revolution, most likely deteriorated
