Polityka Unii Europejskiej w odniesieniu do odnawialnych źródeł energii – ramy prawne

Abstract
Implementation of European Union policy in the field of environmental protection and the improvement of energy security not only serves to increase the rationality of the use of energy resources, but also supporting the production of energy from renewable sources. Renewable energy sources are an alternative to fossil fuels and contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, diversification of energy supply and reduce dependence on unreliable and volatile fossil fuel markets. The article presents the legal conditions, taking into account the acts of primary, secondary and soft law, implementing stages of EU policy with regard to renewable energy sources.
