Polymorphous variants А1166C of АТІІR1 gene in patients with cardiovascular pathology
Journal Title: Український терапевтичний журнал - Year 2018, Vol 0, Issue 1
Abstract
The review presents analysis of the role of the polymorphic variant of gene of type 1 receptors to the angiotensin II (A1166C polymorphism of ATIIR1 gene) in the arterial hypertension, heart failure, myocardial infarction. It has been shown that АТІІR1 gene is a candidate gene with the intrinsic properties of the cardiovascular risk factor. Polymorphism А1166С of АТІІR1 gene is associated not only with reninangiotensinaldosterone system modification, but with their influence on the course and phenotypic manifestations of cardiovascular diseases.
