ПОНЯТТЯ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНО-ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ СЛУЖБИ ДІЛЬНИЧНИХ ІНСПЕКТОРІВ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
The article formulated the concept of administrative and legal regulation of the service of district officers in Ukraine in a broad and narrow sense. In the narrow sense the administrative and legal regulation of the service of district officers is a deliberate influence of the norms of administrative law, which is realized in the legal implementation through the service of district officers. It is done by influencing the subjects of administrative law with the help of administrative legal principles and administrative means. Their purpose is to ensure the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, the normal functioning of civil society and the state.
