Abstract
On the basis of analysis of statutory provisions stipulated in the section ХІV-1 of Criminal Code of Ukraine and doctrinal opinions with regard to criminal and law measures relating to legal entities, their legal nature, grounds and procedure of application the features are determined and the concept of criminal and law measures relating to legal entities are formulated.
