POPULATION PHARMACOKINETICS OF PACLITAXEL IN INDIAN CANCER PATIENTS USING NONMEM
Journal Title: European Journal of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences - Year 2017, Vol 4, Issue 8
Abstract
Population pharmacokinetics is the study of the sources and correlates variability in plasma drug concentrations between individuals representative of those in whom the drug will be used clinically when relevant dosage regimens are administered (Aarons, 1991). Population pharmacokinetics seeks to discover which measurable pathophysiological factors cause changes in the dose-concentration relationship and to what degree so that the appropriate dosage can be recommended.
