PORT RESTRUCTURING AS A PREREQUISITE FOR ITS BUSINESS MODEL FORMATION

Abstract
The article considers the process of restructuring, and its features, preceding the formation of the business-model. Depending on the status of the port, a choice of a certain type of instrumentation and an option for restructuring the seaport was proposed. The essence of the project-program approach to restructuring is disclosed. An approach is proposed to assess the effectiveness of restructuring.
