Possibilities of influence of the law to the Internet-information

Abstract
Today, the processes of informatization get to all spheres of vital functions of society and every individual, information comes forward as a strategic resource the specific line of that is inexhaustibility at a consumption. In the article an attention is paid to a modern law in which there is a change of its functional orientation, namely the modern law, as an open system, is in the permanent state of exchange information with a social environment in which it functions. Thus, regulative role of law outgrows in a coordinating role of law. Contemporaneity it is impossible to imagine without new information technologies that are movable force in the construction of informative society. One of the main informative channels of forming of sense of justice and legal culture of the Ukrainian citizens is examined in the article, a computer network the Internet that occupies a special place in modern outer informative space. Today the Internet is a most world informative resource, that contains practically all information that a man can become interested in. In this plan the Internet opens new possibilities of cooperation of a man and law. A common to all mankind role increases in life of information by means of Internet. The world of the Internet is full of information and disinformation, already new possibilities are opened for law in this plan, that a man who gets to this net do not take disinformation for truth. Nobody checks up information, that is why there is a large authenticity of that, the got information is incorrect with all flowing out from here consequences. In the article the attention is actualized on that today exists urgent requirement in strengthening of defence of the Ukrainian citizens, foremost children and young people, from negative influence of the Internet network on the process of forming of their sense of justice and legal culture. It is possible to establish a fact, that today it is necessary to use law for providing of authenticity of information.
